This is my first week of classes and going in I we quite excited! I am taking global entrepreneurship, which seems like a fun topic and I haven’t taken anything similar before. All my classes are block so I only have one at a time. Fast forward to my fourth day in class and I am not too excited. I will hopefully not turn this blogpost into me ranting about the class!
Differences between us and austria class
1. Things don’t start on time. For example class starts officially in two minutes and I am the only one here. This drives my crazy as a punctual person and it is wasting my time.
2. Breaks during class. My class is on average 5 hours and the professor gives us breaks which is nice. The frustrating part is yesterday we basically had one and a half hours of break! Why not just make the class shorter?
3. Assignments are quite different with no exams in any of my classes. In my current class we are most graded on cases and doing these surveys. We have to somehow find 20 woman entreprenuers IN AUSTRIA to makeup 40% of our grade. Yeah good thing this is a pass fail class because not to be negative but that is literally impossible.
Well on the positive side I have 4 weeks off starting Friday! The campus have very interesting arcitecture and I have a few pictures below so enjoy those! Hopefully they make up for the ranting haha
