Off on another adventure in Europe not having class for an entire month! Went to Salzburg today with the ebn network and it was awesome! Unfortunately the weather was cloudy but at least it didn’t rain until after dinner.
Today started early at 5:15 am to make the bus to Salzburg. We first stopped at an overlook of the city. We kept climbing the mountain higher and higher. You can see the beautiful views even though it was cloudy and foggy out today. I can’t imagine how beautiful it would be in the sun. Also take note in the picture of the crazy people holding hands down the hill. They were running on the edge of the mountain and I am amazed no one fell off haha. Being semi afraid of heights I kept my distance of the edge. Next, we went to the castle to explore and again take pictures of the views and mountains. Look at The pictures to see how high up we hiked to get to the top of the castle. More of an incline than in Cinque Terre in my opinion!
Next, we had a walking tour, which was fun to just see some of the city including the churches, mirabell gardens( sound of music was filmed there), and the main shopping streets. Fun fact where Mozart was born now holds a grocery store that is found all over austria called Spar! Next we went to hanger 7(after waiting forever for the bus ugh). I didn’t know what it was but it turns out where they store planes for the owner of redbull. Additionally you can eat there for 160€ and a 8 weeks out reservation! Take a look at the sweet pictures. We finished with a dinner at a restaurant that holds 1600 people-it was huge! After trekking through the rain over salburg to get to my hostel I am now warm and dry watching the sound of music! Thanks for reading!

When you don’t go to the edge you get tourists in your picture😒

Stupid people that by some miracle didn’t die falling off the cliff

Castle that I hiked to! Thankfully they had a gonadal for the way down
