We started day 2 sleeping in since most of the Christmas markets are the best lite up at night! By the time we rolled out of bed around 11 we headed to the Belvedere to continue to drink gluvine

My favorite kaisekraner !!
We loved all of the mugs that we got at each Christmas market. You get a mug every time and each market is different. If you don’t want to keep it you can go and get 4€ back.
Next, we made a pit stop at gasometer to see if it is still the same! Overall, it was the same and I got a few pictures of the mall that we walked through to get to our apartment. Also, check out how fancy McDonald’s is there!

In the afternoon, Beth and Taylor really wanted to check out a traditional krampus event at a mall. Basically, Krampus is a Christmas demon that scares children to behave around the holidays. Here are a few photos from the activities!

In the evening, we met back up with Francesa and checked out the most famous Rathaus Christmas market. It was very busy and we were slightly disappointed by the giant advertisement of Samsung in the middle of the construction. Then we walked through the old town to see all of the beautiful lights!

We made another quick stop by Zanoni Zanoni for some gelato for me! I have to get in as much as I can while in Vienna!
