The main reason for coming to Korea was to visit my friend connie! It was great to be able to be shown around and see the culture (mostly food) by a local.
The first thing we did was trying on traditional hanbokd and getting all dressed up! Every girl loves dress up 😊
We then wandered around the palace basically having a photoshoot!

Then, we took a taxi in our hanboks to some of the traditional houses and wandered around then while taking lots of photos!
Next, we tried out traditional Korean BBQ! There is an oven underneath and it cooks all of the food on the grill. So good- although be warned that you will smell like BBQ for the rest of forever if you don’t use the garbage bags to put your coat in.
In the trendy neighborhood it cracked me up that they even had a Goose Island!
