Leaving the Italian Riviera I met up with Ryan after three trains in the French Riviera! We planned to stay at a few towns along the coast and this was our first stop.
We spent the first day in Menton relaxing, going to the beach (it was warmer than we thought it would be for October), using the hotel hot tub and me continuing to eat Italian food. It was such a picturesque town we took so many pictures!
Our next stop was a day trip to Monaco. Ryan was more excited than I was with me mostly interested so I could to check off country 24 from my 30 before 30 country list. Overall, Monaco surprised me and I liked it more than expected! We did a ton of walking and I enjoyed how clean it was, the nice parks, and so many free public bathrooms! Enjoy our pictures with of course a few James Bond shots. Also, while things were expensive, it was too crazy and we found a great casual lunch spot that didn’t break the bank. I was a little scared of how expensive it would be after Portofino!
