Oh Portugal, such a fun place to visit! I have been to Portugal 4 times now and it is always wonderful. It does help that one of my closest friends lives there ❤️
I have decided that living in a dark or cold place in winter requires a warmer or sunny holiday. After not seeing the sun for so long it gets old pretty fast! Hence, a trip to hang out with friends in the sunshine ☀️
As a super fun bonus, I was already planning to be in Lisbon to have some girl time with my friend, but then my friend from Korea also happened to be in town for business. How special to catch up with friends from all over the world!
This trip was wonderful and relaxed. Tons of chatting time, working from cafes, and doing more local things. Being to Portugal so many times I’ve been to the castle, been to Belem etc. so we got to go beyond the basics. Some of the highlights include a tile painting class, futból game, tile museum, and an orchestra performance.
With Connie, we did a lot of wandering around the major sites, one of my favorite things to do is have the tasty, famous pastries!
Don’t worry Portugal, I’ll be back again soon. Un-tile next time!
